Wow really. Unreal. I`m loving all those 200m towers!

Great news. I just wish there was a little more height variation. What is this fear of going over 200m i dont get it.

Hopefully that 200m x2 at Square Victoria rumour is true, would be nice. However, it would be 7 towers over 200m, since Maestria phase 1 is 185 metres tall, which is still nice regardless.

Another 200m project? That's nice, but it's about time to get rid of that height limit before the skyline becomes a straight flat line.

It will never appear completely flat because of Montreal downtown's topography.

For exemple, while being the same height of National Bank HQ or Victoria sur le parc, 1 Square Phillips will appear a full 20 meters higher in the skyline because it is build uphill. Even though it's only a few blocks away.

Portland Common's. (Not sure how it got it's name, it's next to the WELL. Perhaps the name was given because the Potlands used to be there 100 years ago?)

It's because of Portland St. That's a pretty tall building going up right next to poor little Draper St.

Wow, I should have figured that out. And I agree, poor little Draper street. At least that street has survived all of the growth over the decades.

There is a new rendering for the tower going up on the site in the lower right:
