37th and Warren is going to be a pretty busy intersection as far as construction goes...

Hate to burst the bubble, but I believe all this permitting activity is related to One UCity Square. On a large site like this, addresses sort of get fudged, and in the zoning documents associated with this parcel, the map shows that One uCity Square sits within the larger parcel with the 38th Street address.

Yep, my bad. Still, we can archive the thread until the building is built. No harm no foul.
