They’ll get to it. We’re at that stage in NY where it takes 2 or 3 months to finish that last 2% of facade.
But the tower should open next month either way. Some tenants are already in possession of their space, and the plaza looks like it will be completed soon.

I wanted to walk over and see it in person, but then the skies opened up! Maybe that was the skyscraper gods signaling that our prayers for the return of the spire have been heard.
We're thrilled to share that the top section of the spire has been reinstalled, following its planned removal to allow for the installation of the last pieces of curtainwall. From 1,401 feet, the city looks more resilient than ever.
