Main headquarters has been in NY for a while. Turner hasn't been involved in ages, it's all Time Warner (now Warner Media). It's why they were headquartered at Time Warner Center. But now, they're home with other Warner companies like HBO in a consolidated headquarters at 30 Hudson. Time Warner by the way spent a lot of money upgrading the TW Center studios, even as they were building a new headquarters at 30 Hudson. Now AT&T has a hand in Warner Media. BofA took the empty HBO headquarters building across the street from the BofA tower, and they are currently renovating it for expanded space.

Ted Turner’s net worth might look even more impressive today had he made a different decision in 1996. That was the year that he sold Turner Broadcasting to Time Warner. The selling price? $7.3 billion in stock. That sounds great. But when Time Warner merged with AOL, Ted Turner “saw his fortune tumble as shares dropped,” Forbes reports.
The Atlanta-Journal Constitution reports that Turner “was fired from the company in 2000, soon after the merger with AOL that cost him $8 billion of his then-$10 billion fortune.”

Another interesting fact, besides 2 WTC, FOX was also considering One Vanderbilt...
