While the first set up would be way better for us in the public realm, the art gallery naming rights are available for $15,000,000 so I have a few guesses

I've always wanted my name on an endoscopy procedure room and at just 100k each I may grab all six!

The construction elevators are completely down now, looks like they’ll be enclosing this fully soon. Hope that means they can finally reopen the lanes on 12th and Chestnut too!

That intersection as well as 16th and Sansom have been have been begging for road rage incidents for quite a while now. Pure entertainment. It's a great place to bring out of towners to hear the "Brotherly Love".

Yea, but I thought it was gonna be a park tho? No trees or grass at least?

Yeah I’m going to withhold judgment before I see the final product but I was hoping for some green space, it would be nice for that area.

As the space is intended to be temporary, I'd expect any greenery would be in planters and not in the ground. If they are coming I would expect them to be put in last, so I'm not necessarily worried at this point either. I do hope they have some coming through...

A simple green lawn would have been better.
The plaza has been so simplified can only mean they don't expect it to sit dormant for too long.

all I know is people cannot wait until this damn sidewalk is opened, this entire area has been a nightmare while this project has been under construction.
