Looks like the arch theme is used extensively inside.
Too much bare concrete though for my liking. I still find it strange that this is how a mega developer like Sterling Bay would design their office headquarters in a very unremarkable way. I've wondered if this is just some sort of tax play with them being able to write off construction costs and various construction expenses tax wise, and then they'll just do the same by building another hq in Fulton a few years from now and sell or lease this one.
Edit: Can't find much info about Sterrling Bay moving here. Was I wrong about this? I swore I read that they were moving their own offices here.
