Materials here seem top notch and cost something, but I can't help thinking this is well spent money.
It's a nice looking tower that compliments the lovely red Deco one nearby in the picture.
I guess cities need to take good care of their downtowns, so quality development and education spread around.
That's much the way it seems to work.
There's some controversy about "gentrification" that would drive lower incomes away from city centers.
But a proper mixed-income policy may solve it, as long as better-off people don't act like selfish pricks.
