Good God, the mob-mentality against the design on this building is so funny. Be thankful it's a RAMSA design and NOT LaGrange. It's not my personal taste whatsoever, but it's not nearly as evil a design as some of you have come to believe. The Trumpish mobbing against the design is baseless and whiny and hilarious.

As per Boom Rundown: the fencing on site is going up for this one today. Could be worse, but that's not an acceptable line of reasoning to justify this crappy design. Now we get to sit back and see just how awful it turns out.

Also, final height is 843'

Too late to scrap the AM Stern design and get Herzog & de Meuron to throw something up here?

On its own I can live with a subpar mediocre design (which this surely is). What I lament is that these units will be filled by buyers that otherwise could may buy units in better designs elsewhere we all would like to see get off the ground.

I'd like to share my favorite Stern building, the fabled Fein Hall of the Brooklyn Law School. Fresh yet elegant, never to be heavy handed, this unapologetically handsome masterpiece boasts ornamental terraces, bay windows, and what appears to be a very attractive prison at its top.

First thing I noticed out my window this morning - they have started ripping the park up in between this site and Parkview West as well. Hopefully the improved park design is a pleasant surprise when all is said and done.

Well it's the same landscape designer as Maggie Daley Park and the 606.

hopefully you have a good photo vantage point for us...
