Its a light industrial signified b m2-1 zoning code.
I don't think its being developed anytime soon. The amount of owners spans from Bank of New York to the City itself. Multiple parties which is a pain in terms of even buying a property. It could take many years just to get the proper permissions and litigation through. Its in an area that would not sell as quick as its surrounded by nearby m2 zoning, so its not desirable even from a environmental standpoint. I'd imagine its full of of asbestos as that was the standard in the 30's, being built in 1931.
