I was going to say the same thing. These couple of blocks are so lively with all the restaurants and watering holes, this is going to be so nice when done.

People keep saying this... and I fully agree, but this building is going to have a garage entrance.

A "shared street" perhaps?
Local traffic/deliveries or open different periods of the day. Easily closed for events.
Magic bollards that appear out of the surface

Maria Hilfer Street in Vienna, the longest shared space in Europe, was opened to the public.

Walked by this last night. Its very imposing for the location. The cladding looks okay. I hope the brick work at the base is better. I also saw this at night so take my observations with a grain of salt lol.

As window wall goes, that's pretty good quality. Should be a nice addition.

^ Interesting how at some angles a new 300' tower is barely noticeable, and at other angles it majorly changes the skyline.

^^I agree, but this is quite the addition nonetheless. Itll add a little bit of "Modern" into that area of the skyline, I think it will be interesting to see a glass tower amongst all those stone towers

A bit of a bummer if so.
I liked the warm brick-like color in the original renderings.
