Oooo, this is a wonderful design! It really honors its site on the river, best yet in Austin. Now you just need some taller ones to hide that shameful "poorly stacked boxes" tower, thank god that trend is over.

This thing is weird, awkward, and also quite striking. An instant icon for sure and finally something memorable in a skyline that while growing by leaps and bounds, had yet to offer up something that really imprints.

*apologies to Frost Bank, which is a great building but was always 100ft too short and is now buried in the middle of its neighbors.
