^ Right, the problem being that for now, Orleans is a pretty unimpressive street. There really is no canyon to “cut off”.

Obviously that may change some time in the future, but I have no idea how long that will take.

Yeah the river walk looks incredible; and imagine the little plaza for WPS addded in (really hoping for a fountain there). In general i’m amazed at how quickly the river has transformed from a no man’s land to marquee destination in less than 8 years.

The glass on this one looks realllly nice, very clear tone to it, almost no hint of blue or green. That's just judging on the two floors of glass they have up on the N side.
