An exception went in front of council to proceed without the park conveyed, and I believe that was approved a week or two ago, so we should hopefully see an above grade permit soon. Once that happens we should finally see this rise above grade level.

Why do they need an "above grade" building permit? I figured once a project got the permit to build it was a done deal
