The Trax line to and from the airport will be free with proof of boarding pass until the end of January.

Gotta wait for next 3 years. They will returned to pre-pandemic level. They will recovery. Take a lot of time. Right now the concourse A east is still ongoing construction and the tunnels, too. Still have to be done. Beside, the concourse B east, but they haven’t started construction yet. Not yet. Hopefully they will start real soon.

No, I mean, the point being that air travel has ALREADY returned to pre-pandemic levels. They were off by several years, which is why why they're kind of in a pickle.

But I agree with StevenF that they still did the right thing by demo-ing the old airport all at once. A couple of years of hurt to fast track the completion of the new airport was the right move......even with all the endless whining online.

Awesome updates, thanks Reeder. Seems like they're moving pretty quick.
I flew in and out of SLC over the weekend, and the shops are filling in quickly. Flew to Seattle, and though SeaTac is much bigger, it felt like a mess compared to SLC now.

Looks like Alaska Airlines is adding summer flights to Anchorage from SLC. Hope it does well against Delta's Anchorage flight

Perfect! Beautiful work! Getting there!

I'll see you in February. I don't have much time. I am connecting flight from PHX-SLC-AMS and then Basel. I won't take a pictures. Probably I will see you when I get home from Switzerland on March 6. I'm coming from Amsterdam to SLC and then PHX. I am not sure if I have enough time. Who knows?

I saw that. It's on SLC Facebook page. It's really coming along nicely. They did a great job. They work hard. Still have to be done soon.

Does anyone know if they are going to open the entire east wing at once or will they focus on working from west to east and open a section at a time?
