UT tower is now much less prominent looking down Guadalupe. At least it won't be blocked.

Nice pic. Only 333’ but already has great presence over its neighbors.

This thing will have great views up Guad (the Drag) and of UT Tower. Keep thinking about when the developer wanted to quickly pivot to a ~40 story tower but decided against it due to the delays the city would put on the deal. One day city staff will lead with "Yes! Let's build more homes!"

Does anyone know what's up with the concrete wall panels on the southeast side of the garage that they started putting up on this thing? They look pretty haphazardly put up there and don't conform to the renderings of what the final look will be. I really hope that's a temporary thing they put up for some functional reason.

Pretty sure they are only on the garage levels since that part of the building goes up to the property line. ( fire code) above the garage is a set back, so the condo units will look the same on all sides. And yes..... they are really poorly made ( walked pass them stacked up in the Alley this week )

At least it looks to be a little less translucent than the Independent (which is nearly transparent).
