As some quick updates directly from DWR (that were sent to my building):

2.Austin Energy Chilled Water Infrastructure. Start date has now pushed to Monday 1/16/23, with completion in May of 2023. Traffic control plan is still in review with COA ROW/ATD. Working through phasing to ensure that pedestrian and vehicular access is maintained throughout scope of work.

3. Mat Foundation Placement. Completed.

4. Tower Crane #3 Erection. Sunday 1/8/23 (7:00pm) – Wednesday 1/11/23 (completion by end of day). Remains on Schedule.

5. Installation of new electrical duct bank from existing manhole in Red River. Work is scheduled to start on 1/16/23 or 1/23/03. Duration is still expected to be ~2 weeks. Generation of plans is in permitting.

Third crane going up. Sorry for the sun in the pictures (kinda artsy though right?).

I was walking around that same time period, got some awesome shots of the skyline from the boardwalk with the sun reflecting off some of the buildings.

There are schematics on page 57 that show the north face well enough. It's not hiding a thousand-foot blank wall, it's just the flattest side of the building and probably not as appealing for renders.

I wanna seeeee! It's funny to me Austin's skyline is becoming more "big city" when looking south. As we've discussed in former threads, the full majestic skyline views from 35 are nearly gone now and just a wall of Hanover-like towers. I suppose Waterline will help some from 35, but South & East facing views are going to be stellar ....***not counting 290 flyover and Barton Creek Mall***

Based on where we're at, podium may be done by late summer?

I'd tend to agree, but it's tough to say until they actually get at least 1-2 floors above ground level. So far, a ton of the work has been specific to excavation, and then electrical/utilities/wiring underground.

Get it while it's hot. By some miracle, the camera is back to facing the site (for now).

Incredible video, thank you. Can’t believe how much concrete has been poured now. Really coming along.

Another great video sewaneetigers. Do you eat lunch at Ironworks just to use their parking lot for launching.

Thank you.

Man, I knew it was fixing to happen, but I didn't heed to my concerns...I am officially, for the second time in my life, sick of Iron Works' ribs. It is very unfortunate because I think they have the best pork ribs in town. I just went down there to launch and see what's up.
