Yes, it is. And there are also 5-6 underground parking levels. But hey, there's going to be a bus stop out front when it's done.

Well, there's a nice cluster of Palm trees that survived our one week of Minnesota winter weather last February. I'm surprised at the amount of palm tress that actually did survive. I have several ~20' Texas/Mexican Sabal Palms and California Fan Palms in my yard that made it through in good shape as well.

Dear god. I was wondering if that was the case, since looking at old photos it shows they dug a huge underground hole for this as well.

Why on earth do they need that much parking? Are developments next door going to share it?

They get naming rights. It's now the Meta Tower.

Meta leases up all office space in Austin's tallest tower in historic deal

https://www.bizjournals.com/austin/n...-and-guad.html

Quote:
Months of speculation have come to an end as California-based Meta Platforms Inc. — the parent company of Facebook — recently leased the entire commercial half of Sixth and Guadalupe, the 66-story high-rise under construction that will be Austin's tallest building when finished.

Meta confirmed to Austin Business Journal that it leased 589,000 square feet of office space across 33 floors at Sixth and Guadalupe, located downtown at 400 W. Sixth St. The lease was signed Dec. 31.
