With the current method, the request format from the sticky thread can let editors conveniently add buildings. It followed the steps for adding a new building, and also maked requesters aware of required items. For example, your requests all lost english building name, just had native. SSP is based on English, so it's necessary. It can let other users find it, and avoid adding the same building beacuse of different language.
Indeed, the system for request a building was not really convenient. However the manager of the site is only a person. Adding a new request system may be a burden. At least, the current way works.
