^Definitely not this week. Maybe next week.

(Due to market conditions, it is highly unlikely to see a residential tower break ground any time soon.)

It's sad, wasn't that supposed to break ground right after these were finished?

I hope it still gets built/another height increase, that would partially make up for spire site disappointment.

They have not stopped working on this project. . . and the sales center has a mockup of the facade. . . took this a month ago:

I'm no expert but I think this might be a Liebherr LG 1750 lattice boom mobile crane parked on Harbor Drive. . .













Also they've done some landscaping around the sales center. . . which is nice. . .

The crane was there for a couple of days to hoist a chiller to the roof of Lancaster. The work was completed yesterday and the crane is gone.
