By the time the super structure gets too far above the offset elevator core, Apple - who has the retail space on the ground floor - will have retired the iPhone altogether and will have moved on to something else...

a floor of formwork in two months. great progress. should we start taking bets how long the transfer slab will take?


there's a bank of elevators on the right hand side of the main tower that leads to a sky lobby transfer point. As you probably know, the elevators are in the middle of the residential floor plans.

Transfer slab was poured at the end of July - these massive walls tie into it.

Ah. I think I see the edge on the corner and the elevator core is being formed in the tower.
