By the time the super structure gets too far above the offset elevator core, Apple - who has the retail space on the ground floor - will have retired the iPhone altogether and will have moved on to something else...

Maybe that’s why they installed all that ground floor glass so soon. Apple plans to open there next week ;-)

A bit confused about the floor plan. How do residents get furniture moved in?

a floor of formwork in two months. great progress. should we start taking bets how long the transfer slab will take?

there's a bank of elevators on the right hand side of the main tower that leads to a sky lobby transfer point. As you probably know, the elevators are in the middle of the residential floor plans.

Transfer slab was poured at the end of July - these massive walls tie into it.
