Azure, the luxury high-rise condo tower being built by Harwood Pacific, is nearing completion. Developer Gabriel Barbier-Mueller is about to throw the switch to turn on a light that will bathe the 375-foot façade of the building in blue (actually, azure) light.

Gabriel plans for the 31-story Azure and its blue light to be a permanent fixture in the downtown firmament.
