As I noted above, once the forms move up,
the next set of hangers for 3 more floors will be installed, to be followed by concrete pours for the missing corner pieces that you see in the photo (each set of floors have cantilever support from the angled hangers).
If you look at the photo I posted, you'll note that corner columns are for the
two floors only (they are reinforced concrete btw), while the third floor may not require a corner column*... its ceiling is the
4th floor slab which will hang from the bottom of the next set of hangers*.
*Don't see any corner column forms for the third floor .. so that's my theory ;-).
