pretty sure there was indeed a functioning off-ramp down to I think Fourth, but maybe Third, seem to remember being in a car that used it a couple times.

Here are a few pictures of the site from today. Trees have arrived for the park, the Studio Gang (Parcel F) building is well underway and the Visa building appears to be going through finishing touches. The streetscape is also starting to come together with sidewalks, street plantings etc.
