With how fast concrete structures go up, I'd say we'll see this rising in the skyline from the south by the end of winter or early spring! This one is as exciting as the towers rising in Center City West IMO

this is a massive upgrade. from awful packing lot to an amazing new building with density and great streetscape.

If only the city could get their shit together and allow Sansom to be pedestrian friendly. It's such a no brainer to have Sansom closed 15th to at least 17th on weekends. Maybe have the closures start at noon on Saturday and Sunday so deliveries can get to the restaurants in the morning.
