The facade looks pretty good quality.

Cropsey Ave. is undergoing big changes, between this building and the others planned and u/c.

Nice. Hopefully that South Brooklyn skyline continues to develop. There are other large development sites along Cropsey Ave.

Only if you can get tons of private homes to sell, if ever offered. Otherwise this was really the only block along Cropsey prime for anything.
