Are there any plans that you know of for a Zoo/West Fairmount Park/Parkside regional rail station?

Would love to see some before and after pictures of zoo interlocking. This project is mainly for the main line to 30th street?

Is 3001 John F Kennedy held up because of the Septa project as well?

No. That mess is impossible to untangle now.

3001 JFK isn't held up AFAIK. It's just not being built until the demand is there (likely after 3025 is done).

New update on lot formation and zoning.

https://www.ocfrealty.com/naked-phil...rce=linkin.bio

I'm kinda surprised they are developing this lot and not keeping room for a future Arch St extension.

This and the building on Cuthbert will make a huge difference in that area.

Awesome! Every time I pass by on 76 I think about how great this will look next to the Schuylkill Yards buildings and in front of the new Cuthbert lab at Drexel from the train or highway.

^ Republic (developer) is a big player in DC, if this project is a success, I imagine they will continue their venture into Philadelphia.
