Wow, lots of great development news on a Friday!! I usually don't feel this optimistic about updates in this city very often.

And does anyone know the Developer and Architect on that OC Haley affordable housing project?

Developer is Gulf Coast Housing Partnership and Alembic. Architect is Lake Flato.

Their design aesthetic is awesome. Such a well designed building... really raises the bar for infill development much like the Julia. Dare I say this looks even better than that. well done!
