Usually if a proposal of 1000' or more were in a city, it would be the greatest thing ever. But in Dubai, adding another supertall to it would be ordinary news.

Nice! 2 apartments per floor. This is by far my favorite tower proposal (architecturally) that I've seen thus far from Dubai. Sweet.

Who knows if it will get built...but I like it!

^^With so many other residential towers being built, the odds of this one may not be good. But, yes the design is better than Burj Dubai...

This is an exciting project. I like the fact that it will be surrounded by very all buildings unlike Burj Dubai or Taipei 101.
