While excited for another outstanding addition to the east wall that is the CWE over Forest Park, I am much more interested in the redevelopment of 909 Chestnut (AT&T) because that is a mega project for downtown and also removes a large amount of vacant office space out of the marketplace.

I'm really happy to see across-the-board sustained growth and development in the region. Especially happy for the north side developments.

My only complaint is that PHASE III of BPV should have been completed by now. I'd personally never want to do business with those DeWitts.

I actually prefer the original design of 7801 Forsyth Boulevard, and how the white columns contrast with the darker spandrel glass.

I'm really enjoying the density increasing in the core of Kirkwood. It's becoming quite the small hub of southwestern St. Louis County and this only helps further that along. They have a habit of NIMBYs, but in order for Kirkwood to continue to thrive and grow as a completely boxed in suburb, they have to grow upwards and more dense.
