This is the latest rendering. The building topped out now is the shortest of the three towers, while the tallest is currently at grade.

Meanwhile, the latest update on the site:

I hope that chair girl doesn't get access to a condo balcony in the tallest tower.

That tower's glass balcony railings were almost fully installed before issues arose and the glass has to be replaced. I wonder how much that cost. It's wrapped around 60 floors.

To put Shorty (as it's the shortest of the three towers) here in perspective, there are only three other cities in Canada that have a building as tall as this and that's giving Montreal's tallest the benefit of the doubt so really only two yet i'll bet no one in TO is even batting an eye at this thing

I imagine the supplier/manufacturer is the one who had to pay the cost

The puny phase 1 called "Prestige" at only 217 metres (65s)... still has a lot of balcony glass still to be replaced (the building was stripped naked due to lamination issues with the original glass).

Looks like they are more than 2/3 done with replacement glass (below). Don't know if any occupancy is underway yet.

It's not next to the Gardiner. There's going to be another 75 storey tower between it and the Gardiner. It would take a Dwayne Johnson to clear the podium with a chair.

Yeah, these towers will likely join the infamous international rep of Maple Leaf Square and Ice Towers.

I rather it lands on the Gardiner because a 4,000 pound car doesn't have a family. Landing on a person could be fatal.

I took this two days ago, from Bay. You can see both phases currently under construction.

The construction site in @wmedia' photo below looks absolutely massive from north to south, compared to the (seemingly) smaller footprint indicated in the podium rendering.

Wondering if elements (parking etc.) connecting SkyTower to the future Phase 3 also part of what we see under construction.
