i hope not. Looking at the current design I'm not a big fan of it. The height of the tower is amazing and I'm really happy to see it rise. I just hope the design is fit for a tower of this scale and visibility. I don't want another all glass box, but I doubt we will get a design like those in NYC. Tldr I hope the redesign looks good í ½í¸…
Currently modeling a new model based on the plans on the PDF, the buildings figure is slightly bigger and the shape has slightly changed. An article should be out on it soon, and I could upload images beforehand
This building will have a good height; and you know; we have seen several buildings along Walnut Street that are between the 500 to 750 range; FMC, the Lauren, W Hotel Philadelphia, and now Harper Square; all within 5 years which is real nice. Then there is the Arthaus which is a really nice location.
This tower will be a nice addition; especially from the west, south, and east.
Don't we have The Harper that's fairly a new blgd. And, now this project is called Harper Square. Both in the Rittenhouse neighborhood.

Maybe from a marketing perspective they intend to promote the two developments on both sides of 19th St as a unified whole.
