Ginza. It's very upscale, clean, more international in feel. There is no smoking allowed in public, they do not have smoking areas like all the rest of Tokyo has. There are some bars or cafes that may allow it.
Hermes has an entrance in the subway underground with a doorman. I didn't take a pic of it.

Tokyu Plaza, houses 125 restaurants and shops and a rooftop terrace. I never went inside though.
