I don't have a render, but I noticed that Waterloo region is developing Canada's next big skyline, with 20 buildings over 100m proposed/approved/under construction.

Those last few renderings are very cool. Not sure if we'll see all those office projects anytime soon though. If I had to choose between The Hub, CC3, Union Centre, and Union Park, I'd go with Union centre aesthetically but I don't like how it would block 160 Front. I wish we could have that design but put it somewhere else. Like the spot where the One Yonge towers are being built. I still don't find any of the One Yonge buildings very appealing unfortunately. I like CC3's design but WS kind of turned me against it because of how it would mess up the Commerce Court site. Maybe it could be on The Hub site. The Hub's design is ok but nothing too exciting.

The Hub was much better at 300m. Now it's a stub with a spire. I'm partial to CC3. Union Centre is part of the "Is it a wall or a building?" aesthetic.

Yeah Union Centre is a bit too wide but I think that's mostly just from the shape of the site. If they applied the design aesthetic to another site I'm sure they'd do something a bit more square.
