Ooooooh, this one is quite nice. Those black metal panels at the base look like they won't age well, but I love the rest of the tower, and especially what they did with the 3-story part of the base with brick adjacent to the pre-war buildings. Was a smart move to step the tower down to their level and materials, but still incorporate into the overall design architecture with the vertical lines.
