Man, I hope they go with the dark color palette. This is great. Love the use of terra cotta on a lot of the new towers.

Decent filler, i hope they go with the dark palette on this one. On the towers that have stone over there, they all seem to be lighter colored stone/metals so darker would be a nice touch.

Lol, you mean tear down the new hotel that just opened last year @461 W34th? It's not very tall, but a nice design overall.

If you recall there used to be a drive through McDonald's around the corner, so we're doing pretty good so far
