Since NY is so gigantic, that filler doesn't stand out on the skyline. I love Miami and hate to see crap rise there.

Is it just me, or does the main tower appear to cantilever over the base on the south side?

From a living perspective, why would anyone want to live right above a very popular club? Unless you frequent the club or party often, sounds like an awful place to live.

I noticed the cantilever as well and want to see a reverse angle.

Its more of a "condo/hotel" so basically it will function more as a hotel than a residence.

I like the design since it looks more like an office tower than a typical Miami residential highrise. I'm sure if it had a bunch of balconies popping out of everywhere there would be even more negative comments.

You should see the groundbreaking parties. They literally bring "entertainment" to them.

Miami throws the best groundbreaking parties for new shovel ready developments. Rolls Royce's, models, liquor, flashy lights and music.

If you go back in the archives, reference Sunny Isles Beach groundbreaking events. It's literally like something out of the Wolf of Wall Street.

A Second E11even Condo Tower Is Now Under Consideration After First Tower Reaches 90% Sold.
April 21, 2021

Park West’s E11even Hotel & Residences has experienced strong sales, and a second tower is now being considered by the developers.
The first tower will rise 65 stories, or 699 feet above ground.

Over 90 percent of condo units of 340 units planned in the tower are now in contract, with buyers placing a non-refundable 10 percent deposit, according to a press release.

Developer Michael Simkins told The Real Deal that a second tower is feasible and under consideration.

Simkins controls around 10 acres in the area, where the Miami Innovation District is proposed.

Groundbreaking on the first E11even tower will take place in the third quarter of this year. Construction will take about 30 months.

How can people buy without seeing the final product? What if the finishes are not what they were supposed to be? The building could be built cheaply now that the developer has received the money in advance. Doesn’t seem like a good idea....

Unlikely they're actually sold and they're just under contract with a penalty for pulling out
