110 Progress

Per the 110 stacking plan, the first set back is the 24th floor. Per the latest 110 website, they are currently putting up steel for the 25th and 26th floors. The core appears to be at about the 35th floor

Yeah, Washington is actually fairly short overall in buildings that butt up against it... This will be the tallest tower touching Washington by far

I'm confused, this photo makes it look like 110's setback is south facing, when really the setback is on the north. What are we looking at here? Is that a big setback or have the steel floors just not been built out yet?

Core now visible from fairly long distances up Milwaukee looking SE.

Blahshead- You're looking at the difference between the core and the current top floor. The design has not changed.

Thank you! I didn't realize I was looking at the core because the elevator holes look so large. Such a wide core on this one.

It's huge. This shot is a month old now but it really adds perspective. The core alone is every bit as big 150 N. wacker or Wolf Point West
