So nice.

I'll be in Atlanta this upcoming Monday, and I cannot wait. It's been several years.

Interestingly, that Spire building looks exactly like a shorter version of the 360 Condos in Austin!

Same builder. a lot of their buildings are similar. the Viewpoint in Atlanta looks just like a condo tower in Tampa.

Marriot Marquis Atlanta

I was in Chicago in 1997 and I took a Delta flight to discover Atlanta.
I loved the buildings and the city.
I really was in love of the atrium of the Marriott Marquis Hotel.
I've never ever seen a more spectacular atrium that that one.
Great pictures. thanks for sharing¡¡¡¡

It has become a lot denser and is using smart development to a much larger scale than they were when I was there in 2003. I think this city can really become something special and standout among other Sunbelt cities that many urbanists have a bad image of. I would like to see MARTA expanded greatly, but with the recesssion it will be even tough just to keep the system maintained.

Thanks!
The Marriott is one of my favorite places to take pictures...with every move you'll see another dramatic shot (and its all about the drama, you know).
