Developers Planning 44-Story Tower In Edgewater, Near Midtown

A partnership between four developers called Tulip Developments Group has revealed plans for a 44-story tower in Edgewater, according to the Real Deal.

The unnamed project is planned to include:

172 condos
100,000 square feet of office
10,000 square feet of retail
420-space parking garage
Kobi Karp is the architect.

Tulip is a partnership between Karl-Ulrich Ansorg, Yakov Elbaz, Ofir Gabriel and Amit Kort. Members of the group have developed projects in Thailand, Berlin, Toronto, and Miami.

The developers closed on the purchase of the property last week for $16.5 million.
