Eh, it gets the point across...
I assume Related is looking to ape the success of Merchandise Mart and Old Post Office. It makes sense from a development standpoint, this style of building is more cost-efficient than highrise (there is less cladding and core space per SF). You can even design it to be expandable, horizontally.
