This thing has sprung up impressively fast. I spy it a few times a week from my train commute and it's been a nice surprise to watch. Can't wait to watch the newest buildings spring up too which just started construction across the street.

I can't wait to see this project rise above the skyline. All the buildings in this development look great and it will make that area of the city look super slay. I really hope The 78, One Central, and Lincoln Yards developments also begin construction soon!

920 is 21 stories? Can't have more than one or two floors left before the penthouse/mechanicals, I would assume?

Thats great that 868 has the underground parking! Hopefully the podium floors are filled with active uses too.

Would love to see underground parking (or even better, low/no parking) normalized in this city, especially in/near downtown. River North is littered with ugly parking podiums. Good for JDL.
