I'm very curious if there will be a large pre-lease announcement.

It would be a hell of spec building, if not pre-leased. Prolly also happy to lock in financing at current rates instead of down the road.

Okay...I am now allowing myself to get excited about the one. Nice design, filling a hole in the skyline, meets the street nicely, no visible parking podium, relates to adjacent buildings, and is tall. AND, now it looks like it is really happening. Yeah!

We can go with this for now, and use Ron Paul when the fencing goes up.

This was from Monday via Twitter. Does anyone have a more recent update? The construction fencing is still scheduled to go up on Monday.

Walked past today and it was the same. No fencing, no activity on the site. Though it was completely empty of cars, so the lot is definitely no longer in service.

Noticed a lot of cars parked in this lot over the weekend who seemingly ignoring the caution tape at the entrances. Has anyone been by since yesterday? 4/18 was the start date listed on the permit for sidewalk closure on all 4 sides. Any fencing gone up since then?

There is some temporary fencing up inside of the lot. There is also smallish CAT-like equipment on site this morning. One is outfitted with a drill and one with a backhoe.
