Anyone know the height on this one? I just modeled it into my Chicago model and it looks ridiculously huge to the point where I'm going to need a height confirmation lol.

It should also be mentioned if it hasn't already on here that

1125 W.Van Buren is using corten steel for those rust colored portions of the facade.

I would call that stepping up their game

Yeah, this building looks like it will be massive. The shorter component of 1200 W Fulton looks to be taller than 171 N Aberdeen, which is 136 ft. Since the shorter component is about a 1/3 of the full building's height, that makes 1200 W Fulton at least 400 ft tall.

Well, I believe it was listed as 24 stories originally for what it's worth. Now it all depends how much is office/apartment/hotel/etc. If all office, then a 400 foot estimate wouldn't surprise me, but I'm thinking it's more like 310

https://chicago.curbed.com/2017/11/2...q2-1200-fulton

edit: on second thought, maybe it is closer to 400... hmmmmmm

I modeled 1200 at 400 feet. It's a beast!

Wow that's some serious production value in that video.

So I know they broke the Riverline project into two, with Lendlease taking control of the north portion, but it seems like Alta Grand Central is a different developer altogether. Is this portion of the northern plot, the SW corner of Wells and Harrison, is that not part of the Riverline project? I'm looking at the original renderings and there's a 30+/- story facing the river on the north end of the plot, but I can't tell if that's an empty lot behind it, where Alta is going. I guess what I'm asking is; was the plot subdivided?

This has never been part of the Riverline project. The NW corner of that chunk of vacant land has been in different developers hands for a long time now. This project does not show up in any of the Riverline renderings.

Barring any economic collapse(which is doubtful), 99% sure
