Nothing released that's been posted here. So in 45 minutes I guess.

Dont you think this many parking space right next to the green/pink line is a travestry? Considering West Loop already has narrow overburdened streets...

According to Chicago Yimby, yes. They are solar panels. It’s an interesting arrangement. I’m guessing they’re stationary. So in the summer there will be no direct sun on the Southern balcony. That seems really smart. I’m always amazed with so much talk about energy efficiency how firms settle for better insulated glass on a box.

This past month feels like non-stop highrise news

DAC nears groundbreaking on 26-story hotel as land trades for $7M
Quote:
Local multifamily-focused developer DAC is getting close to breaking ground on its planned 26-story high-rise hotel project in the South Loop after picking up the development site for $7.5 million.

The firm bought the property at 424 South Wabash Avenue — which is a parking lot set to be turned into a tower with a stated development cost of $87 million, according to DAC’s website — in a deal that closed in September and was recorded by Cook County last month. The seller was a trust whose beneficiaries are unclear from public records.

^Nice to see another parking lot eat it. There are so many in that area. Still can't believe there hasn't been a mega-project proposed for the NW corner lot of Wabash and Van buren.

1338 W. Lake

To me it's bulky and stout with too much parking. It's not ugly, but it could use some slimming.

I know. It's crazy to me the number of developments in that small pocket in the Loop on Wabash.. I really don't see the appeal of that area but I'm also not the one going through with those projects lol.
