Two more "skyscrapers" will be joining Toronto's already dense Entertainment District soon it seems...

Refreshing to not see a spandrel infested balcony slab or jenga mess.

Today

The rowhouses on Widmer are being saved as they were thankfully protected by the city recently;

How much direct sun will that pool realistically get on an average summer day? I can't imagine more than an hour or two at best, even if oriented optimally. Seems like something better served as an indoor pool. #focusgroupofone

Ha! Is it just me, or is the fenestration of this different than the renderings? Meaning, are the windows more narrow?

There are several, disjointed widths to the facade

^ Sorry, to clarify, the metal grey panels on the tower portion above the base appear to be a thicker width on average and the windows in the tower portion narrower in width than the renderings suggest. At least from the angle shown in that last photo from Friday.
