Podium looks boring, tower is ok. Nothing special, but I'll take it for Yonge & E.
Its a shame they're demolishing a nice 6 story 60s/70s building. Yonge and Eglinton doesn't have much 5-10 story lowrise from that era, the last thing I want is for the area to be all glass.

" Very dated! " Amazing Toronto can do, much, better than THIS 1960's-era knockoff.

Toronto should tell developpers that from now on, no more wrapped around balconies. Enough already.

I don't dislike it. Nothing special, but it works for the area.

Nothing worse than these kinds of balconies on a podium...

I made a diagram of this tower, but I could not find any pix of the roof.
I'll have to fix it at a later time.

I got to be honest, with the way the balconies are designed, my first impression was that this will be the tallest parkade in the world xD

Saw this ad on Youtube. It's got a good aerial view at the beginning and an even better one at 2:45

Honestly, this tower has a pretty boring design, wrap around balconies are just getting repetitive, and I doubt it'll be THAT white. That thing you call a "roof that goes nicely with the skyline" is pretty dissapointing.

Yonge and Eglinton is gonna be crazy in a couple of years. This plus the new subway.... pandemonium.

This one received approvals through a settlement @ the OMB, and got a 2 floor increase to 58 storeys. The original height proposed was 180.5 meters/592 feet

In that case I'd expect the revised height to be approx. 186 metres.
