The design was just revealed today, however demolition has already started and Tishman Speyer wants to start with the construction immediately afterwards.

Height: 185m / 607ft
Floors: 48
Use: Office & Residential
Architect: Bjarke Ingels Group

Loving the Frankfurt updates, we don't get them often enough!

I was weary about this at first, but this is definitely a hit design-wise. I'm a fan.
