Looking due north up Yonge Street: kinda hard to believe this rather skinny super-tall will be 234 feet (71.4 metres) taller than One Bloor East, its 76 storey neighbour on the right. The One is about half the height of One Bloor East so far.

Looks like it will start having an impact/presence on the skyline in the near future, when it overtakes some of the adjacent buildings...

More cladding revealed as the Railing Climbing System inches up, revealing the same matching curtainwall on the shorter residential floors that was render-promised ;-).

Completely agree. I was never that impressed with the renders, but now that it's under construction the design, proportions, materials are making this an icon in my opinion. Always hard to get the actual building to turn out better than the model, but I think this one will. Big fan, and really appreciate all the updates Maldive!

I took these yesterday of the One. It
s quite eye-catching in it's reflections....I can't imagine how it'll be once it's completed.

ALL of the interested parties appear to want to finish building this... no need to spread doom and gloom scenarios without cause.

If you read through the comments section of the X post of Jeremiah Shamess, the building will remain under construction under the review of the recievership. So this will continue to be built while the courts sort out the debt situation.
