Any plans for the buildings across the street? I read somewhere that the Touro college is moving, and I see some scaffolding on it.

The builing across the street (corner) just underwent some renovation. Touro College is moving from the opposite end of the block, site 1 of the Penn Station redevelopment.

i would highly encourage anyone in the area to walk by the site, walk right up to 1mw, check out the glass and have a look at the interior. it is all off the charts quality. really impressive.

Yeah it might look simple from a far but its a high quality development. Makes me excited to think about what the Penn District will yield. Billions of dollars projected to be poured into it over the decade, so it will high quality stuff.
