FORT WORTH | Marriott Residence Inn | 23 Floors

Not much is known on this. An existing 4 story early 1900's building on site will be torn down.

New rendering shows 24 floors with possible rooftop deck.

Will this building have a blank wall on the side facing the neighboring building? A new building of our's looks like this and shares a property line with a neighboring building. Per the fire code, that wall can have no windows. I really don't like it. I only mention it because this building reminded me of the one in Austin and they aren't showing that side of it in the rendering. Other than that possibility, this looks like a nice building.
